Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using FeedbackQueue (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FeedbackQueue is a peer review exchange where software builders submit projects, review each other’s work, and receive structured feedback. The Service includes free and paid tiers.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

4. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are a virtual currency used within the Service. They have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Subscription plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit spam, abusive, or intentionally low-quality reviews.
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or intimidate other users.
  • Attempt to manipulate the credit system or leaderboard.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automated-access the Service without permission.
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit (projects, reviews, comments). By posting content, you grant FeedbackQueue a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it within the Service.

7. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. AI-assisted and human moderation are used to ensure review quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FeedbackQueue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
